For convenience of our customers and reduce scamming and continuation of money back guarantee for our precious customers we need to make sure of certain things before refund

  • Candidate appeared in exam and did not missed if due to any reasons.
  • Products on sale. (Products that are sold at a reduced price; or given for free) will be excluded from this refund program.
  • Guarantee policy does not apply on any package of Unlimited Access i.e. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
  • Wrong purchase. We will not entertain any claims once the incorrect product is Downloaded and Installed.
  • In order to approve refund, surrounding appeared candidate passing data will also be evaluated as per their given proofs.
  • Candidate will have only one chance of appeal review. Appeal must be submitted with in 5 hours of your results published with all the relevant proofs of unsuccess into the exam.
  • Candidate purchased the product in the last 90 days.
  • Appeal format must be mailed to services@brainitworks.com, Appeal email subject must contain as {Appeal For Order/Transaction id + Purchased Exam code}.
